    • Our standard, for initial screening and testing, is to use a very comprehensive test that screens for the DNA presence of many common GI parasites, not just the presence of eggs which other tests look for which will only be seen when the parasite is actively shedding eggs which can be intermittent thus leading to false negatives. As well this test also screens for the zoonotic potential of some of the parasites, which means it is testing for the potential for humans to be infected by the parasite your pet may be carrying.

Anesthetic Procedures

The prices listed are estimates only and are subject to change. Every patient is unique, and individual needs, treatment plans, and recommendations may vary. These details will be discussed with you prior to moving forward with any procedure. An examination and consultation with a veterinarian are required before any procedure. Please refer to the exam pricing listed above. The prices provided should be used as general guidelines. Pre-anesthetic Diagnostics

  • Blood panel: $102.66
    • Required for all procedures. This includes a CBC and Chemistry Profile
  • Preoperative ECG: $109.70
    • Used to screen the heart for arrhythmias, or abnormal beats, that can be exacerbated under anesthesia. Strongly recommended for any pet over the age of 6 years old or if there is a known arrhythmia or heart murmur.

Spays and Neuters

All spay and neuter procedures include general anesthesia with continuous monitoring, placement of an intravenous catheter, intravenous fluids, the surgical procedure, and an e-collar. Pre-anesthetic diagnostics are required prior to surgery and are not included in the prices listed below. Please refer to the Pre-Anesthetic Diagnostics section for associated pricing. Post-operative pain medications and sedatives are not included in the prices listed below and may be prescribed as medically indicated.

Dental Cleanings

All dental cleanings include general anesthesia with continuous monitoring, placement of an intravenous catheter, intravenous fluids, ultrasonic scaling and polishing of the teeth, full-mouth digital dental radiographs, and a complete oral examination. Pre-anesthetic diagnostics are required prior to any anesthetic procedure and are not included in the prices listed below. Please refer to the pre-anesthetic diagnostics section above for pricing. Dental extractions are not included in the base dental cleaning price. If extractions are indicated, additional charges will apply based on your pet’s individual needs. These findings and recommendations will be discussed with you at the time of your consultation.

We do provide a wide range of additional surgical procedures, both soft tissue and orthopedic. However, any other procedures not listed here would require an examination and consultation in order to provide an accurate estimate.
